Minnesota Vikings to change ownership
The Minnesota Vikings are being sold to a ... Chandler resident! Reggie Fowler, owner of Chandler's Spiral, Inc., has put together an investor group which is the base for the $600+ million purchase of the team.
Mr. Fowler will be the majority owner and the first African-American to own an NFL team. He is also the first Chandler resident to own a football team -- no one else in his neighborhood owns one. Yet. This is clearly a step up from the fanstasy football league.
The sale will have to be approved by the other NFL owners before it is final.
